B.P Koirala India-Nepal Foundation in association with Disabled Care Nepal distributed white canes to the visually impaired people ina programme organized on the occasion of 31^st International Disability Day. A programme was organized on 11^th December 2022 at Hardik Hotel, Kathmandu for distribution of the white canes. Secretary (BPKF) attended the programme. 93 visually impaired people of Kathmandu were gifted the white canes in the programme. More white canes are scheduled to be distributed to the visually impaired people of Jhapa, Bara, Janakpur, Kavrepalanchok, Baglung, Myagdi, Palpa, Dang, Butwal, Surkhet and Kailali respectively
