The Embassy of India in Kathmandu and B.P. Koirala India-Nepal Foundation, in collaboration with the Lumbini Development Trust, organized a yoga demonstration near the Eternal Peace Flame and the Maya Devi Temple, located within the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Lumbini Cultural Area, to celebrate the 12th International Day of Yoga.

The event was graced by Hon’ble Province Chief of Lumbini Province, H.E. Krishna Bahadur Ghartimagar, as the Chief Guest. Organized annually as part of the International Day of Yoga celebrations, the programme brought together more than 600 yoga enthusiasts and promoted the timeless values of yoga in fostering health, harmony, and holistic well-being.
